This weekend we were honoured to be invited to the Widows Sons Southern Chapter ‘Southern Party 2019’.
Bikers from across Europe were in attendance at the annual gathering and enjoyed a weekend of activities including a talk presentation from HIOWAA Volunteer, Chloe.
President for the Widows Sons MBA Southern Chapter, Francesco Grande, commented:
“The presentation from Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance gave us all a deeper insight into the invaluable service HIOWAA delivers. We now know that fundraising events, such as this one, are crucial to keeping the Air Ambulance operational.
The weekend raised an incredible £2,643.68 for HIOWAA through kind donations and a sponsored beard shave! You can check out all the photographs from the weekend here.
HIOWAA Chief Executive, Alex Lochrane, who was in attendance on the Saturday said:
“We are extremely grateful to the Widows Sons Southern Chapter for continuing to champion our service. Their generous donation will make a big difference to us and ensures we can continue to save lives in our community.
