On the weekend of the 3-4th August, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance (HIOWAA) were represented by 13 cyclists at the Prudential RideLondon event.
Now in its seventh year, the cyclists took in the Capital’s world-famous landmarks as they braved the 46-mile and 100-mile routes; all while raising vital funds for HIOWAA.
The team have so far managed to raise an incredible £5,500, with further sponsorship coming in each day.
Community Relationships Manager at HIOWAA, Ian Browning, who took part in the cycle said:
“A huge thank you to everyone who braved the hot weather to complete this year’s challenge. All the riders did HIOWAA proud and we are blown away by the generosity of the riders and their sponsors.”
